Laundry and stairs
Can you guess my thoughts about this post? Yep that is right I dislike doing laundry. I don't even do all of the laundry.
I wash my clothes, the kids clothes and towels. I make Flux do his own laundry yet I huff and puff when I have to do the laundry. Its not even that much really. Which now leads me to my next question.
When you live in a multi level home why is the laundry room on the bottom floor? Who in their right mind wants to walk up and down the stairs with dirty clothes (basket of course) then after the clothes are all clean walk back up the stairs to put them away. I know I don't like to. So now my laundry makes it to the landing where it sits for a day until I decide okay I have had enough and I put it away.
Today its all folded and ready to be put away yet its still sitting in my laundry room because even walking up the stairs these days puts pressure on my leg which then ends up aching. (I wish go back to the day it broke and had only a sprained ankle-sigh)
To me it makes sense, to have a laundry room upstairs vs downstairs. Am I only one that feels this way? What are your thoughts?
